Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)

​1) When bags and accessories are available in e-shop stock?
There is a product status, marked on each product box in e-shop. If the status is  “IN STOCK”, the product is available for sale. In case of further specific questions you can use our contact form or email.

2) When my order is completed?
By performing PAYPAL payment, You will complete the order process, will get an immediate email confirmation about Your purchase from PAYPAL. Now Your accessory will be ready to be collected or shipped (depends on your transport option selected during purchase in product box) in a few days.

3) When I will get my accessory?
If you chose "PAY & PICK", You can collect your accessory directly at our office in Tallinn, Estonia (Veerenni str. 24).


If you choose “POST DELIVERY TO YOUR ADDRESS”, consider  1-2 work days to perform shipment plus extra time for regular post service.
***This service is available only in EU countries.  Average time 1-4 work days in Baltics and North Europe area, from 7-9 work days for South Europe area.

4) Are products covered by warranty?
Yes, we cover manufacture’s defects for 1 whole year from the date of order. All details are written in product warranty card, which You will receive after completing an order.
