Step 2. Receive email reply
We will reply to Your information request to specify the details of custom-made accessory (materials, design etc.), sending out details of payment and estimated time of delivery.
Step 3. Payment
You execute the payment (via bank transfer).
After we have received the payment, we will require 1,5-3 working weeks for production and shipment of the ordered accessory.
Step 4. Shipment
You will receive an email confirmation, when the accessory is ready for shipment.
NB! If there will be a delay in the estimated time of Your delivery, we will send a separate email notification.
Step 5. Arrival of order
You will be notified upon arrival of Your order by email.
